Leadership Effective Analysis™

We are certified in coaching with the use of the Leadership Effective Analysis™. which we have implemented in various companies in the consultancy or financial institutions area.
The LEA™ measures the leadership abilities of Executives and their respective teams by benchmarking these competencies on 22 behavioral characteristics using UK, European or International norms.
The LEA™ offers a self-report process that can be elaborated by a 360° degree process incl. self, Boss, team members and co-workers and is available in most major languages.

VOICES
Voices is a competency-based, research-validated 360º assessment which provides a learner (the person receiving 360° feedback) a powerful tool for development and improvement. Critical feedback is a must in stimulating people toward self-improvement, job and career success. The 360º feedback reveals how a learner’s job behaviors are perceived by those around him or her and which of these behaviors are considered important for success.  In addition, a learner can see how the ratings of others compare to his or her self-ratings.

Hogan Development Survey (HDS) – The ‘Dark Side’ of personality
Individuals frequently exhibit behaviours that could be seen as ‘dysfunctional’ and have a negative impact on other people and the organisation as a whole.
HDS complements tools that look at ‘normal personality’ by investigating ‘management derailment’. The tool looks at behaviour that becomes exaggerated under pressure and that are difficult to detect through other means. The individual is provided with feedback that will help them manage their ‘dark side’ and interact more effectively with others.

Momentum CPI (MCPI) – Measuring real behaviour
MCPI is focused on Continuous Performance Improvement, and highlights an individual’s current and perceived ideal behaviour in the context of the role they are currently doing.
The tool achieves this by profiling 3 key sets of management behaviour:
1) Those which help an organisation sustain momentum
2) Those which help accelerate momentum
3) Those which block momentum.
MCPI can be carried out with information from the individual only or with additional input from the manager / colleagues. It can be effectively collated into team reports where relevant, and therefore serve as an analytical tool as well as a planning tool for management teams.
