In this article Dr Carola Hieker has looked at the use of reflexive questions, and how they can improve the effectiveness of the coaching session. Asking the right questions at the right time is an essential tool of executive coaching so as to generate self-awareness in the coachee as well as a sense of responsibility and the will to make a change.

Als Datenbasis dient die qualitative und quantitative Befragung von Teilnehmern verschiedener Kommunikations- und Verhaltenstraining, die in großen Wirtschaftsunternehmen durchgeführt wurden.
